Never received a product as well packaged as this came! Packaging supports were even labeled so it was clear what to discard. Id buy from this company again just in packaging.
The instructions for assembly were clear and easy to follow. The fireplace insert was easy to install and fit perfectly. The stand feels solid. Durability hasnt been tested yet but extremely happy with stand, especially for cost.
