This is a unique looking mirror, I really love the style of it but the finish not as much. See my attached photo of the issues mine arrived with. Not the greatest. So I decided to make use of this on our stair landing, where it wont get a lot of up close and personal attention, but still can catch your eye from a distance. And from a distance it looks perfect so that works out alright.
I used a laser level to mark and drill the required holes for the drywall anchors and screws. The hangers on the back of mine werent perfectly level, but (luckily?) I am not very good at drilling perfectly level holes and the amount I was off on drilling just happened to work out perfectly to accommodate the difference on the mirror. Its not very heavy so it feels very secure on the wall using the simple drywall anchors that come with it.
Overall I am pleased with this mirror but I think if theres a risk of getting a mirror framed with visible welds/imperfections in the metal that it should be labeled as rustic so people know what they are getting into. I would recommend this rustic mirror if you are OK with the finish not being perfect and/or have a place to put it where you wont really notice.
Finish leaves something to be desired
