The futon was delivered but came with huge holes in the box!! When I went to check there was huge scratches and rip marks on the and it ruins the whole look of the futon! Not to mention when I was installing the legs 3 of the screws were broken! Like really? Half of the screw head were cracked I had to go to home depot to get new screws and it was just a huge mess for a futon that came with tears.
