Best customer service ever! I had an issue with one chair after about 2 months. The chair would not stay in the lowest positionit would slowly rise on it own to the highest position. s return policy had expired, so I reached out to the company. They were always very prompt and courteous in their responses. I sent them a couple pictures of the defective chair, and they sent a replacement quickly. Im a very happy customer! The chairs are super easy to assemble, comfortable, and very stylish. Highly recommend!
