UPDATE: The supplier reached out to us and sent us new barstools. Much appreciated.
We purchased 2 sets, look good, like the design. Problems started about a month ago, which is less than 6 months from purchase, 3 out of the 4 all sound like metal against metal when you sit and turn in the seats. Almost sounds like it is coming from the base, but not certain.
Disappointed, because we do like them. No one is anyone near over the weight limit for usage, nor do we have anyone who sits and spins in the chairs.
