I think has been reading your reviews. Mine came in 3 boxes, each with its own hardware and instructions. Its not the easiest set of instructions, but they do work, and it goes faster after you figure out the first one. I did it all myself in about 3 hours. I highly recommend using a work bench for your back, and using a multi bit driver. My Kobalt driver has an allen bit that is the correct size, and with the driver extension tightening was a breeze.
It looks great, feels sturby enough for a family, I am very happy with this purchase.
