First and foremost, this is a steal. Sure, there may be some imperfections, but for this price, this set is well worth it. My loveseat and chair arrived separately and there was an issue with the first arrival, the loveseat. I reached out to the seller and explained my problem and they were prompt getting back to me, kind and understanding, and quick to resolving the issue in a manner that did not cost me any more money or time. Everything was handled and it was a breeze. The replacement arrived faster than I expected…a few days later. The seller was communicative and followed up, too. I cannot describe what a relief it is when the customer service is excellent, especially after attempting to build something… In short, I recommend this seller. The product looks pretty good and any inconsistencies can be dealt with using a wood filler pen. The chair is firm and exactly how I anticipated…it was never meant to be cushy…but it is perfect for an office! If you want more comfort, pair it with an ottoman and nice pillows… The faux leather is easy to clean, looks great when treated with leather conditioner, and will only look cheap if surrounded by cheap-looking pieces. I also recommend spray-painting the screw covers for a sophisticated look!
