Update July 10th. I finally found the direct email address on the instructions and within 3 days I had the part that was missing. SO.wonderful customer service, beautiful chairs that fit the décor. They are comfortable and well worth the price. Review changed from 2 star to 5 star. Thanks!!
Nice chairs, but Im missing one of the end cap piece of the handle that screws onto the hydraulic levers. I would give this a 5 star except the missing piece.
