I got this for my guest room. To start with the tool that comes with it is tiny and makes it difficult to use. And as the pictures show there were 2 poles that didnt reach the wholes and even with tightening the screws there is still space in between. Im hoping it holds and doesnt snap because I didnt feel like taking it all apart and sending it back. And there were some minor scratches and a dent.
