After reading the many reviews on , I purchased this end table. Perhaps, I should have done more research before buying, as I was expecting this to be less press board and more wood. I have two similar tables that are wood and about $40 less. However, I did want something that was heavier in weight. This was fairly easy to assemble. My other two quality concerns are 1.table steadiness, as it doesn't sit flat 2. the back press board piece that you nail on to complete. If you are going to have the back of this end table exposed, this press board does not fit correctly and looks like what it is, a piece of press board nailed onto the back of the end table. If we hadn't already build this, I would be sending this table back, as I don't think it's worth the $119. TJ Maxx Home Store would have something nicer at a better price.
