I would it recommend this. Its OK but after one night of sleeping on it a lot of the bolts shook out somehow? (no funny business happened either, if you catch my drift) and my husband and I are a combined 340lbs so no, this is simply not built well. I also hate the color. I thought Id be OK with it but it looks cheap. The last thing I hated was the amount of legs there are too many tiny legs underneath so when you try to move the bed at all (even with lifting, not dragging) the tiny cheap legs bend and almost break off. Boo. I returned it.
