I was a little discouraged by the reviews but I figured hey what the heck, 30 bucks isnt much too lose. This desk is just great. I needed something simple to do lightweight projects on and I was very surprised after assembling it how sturdy it Is. Its particleboard so its VERY important to not over tighten the screws, take your time, follow the directions and use some common sense. Its extremely important to assemble this right the first time. DONT ASSEMBLE WITH POWER TOOLS!! Two small things that arent the end of the world but its a 30 desk on so its to be expected 1) doesnt include washers, I decided to assemble it as is, and it works fine but washers wouldnt hurt. 2) directions could be a little clearer, as there are no actual words In the documentation, thats where the common sense comes in(the instructions are three, simple pages.)3) theres no cable holes in the back of the desk. You can cut them yourself and buy cheap plastic hole cover at Home Depot for about 5 bucks.
I saw complaints on no pre drilled holes, I did not have that issue. Assembled in about 45 minutes. No problems. Works great if you take care building it.
Works great! Igmore
