I got used to standing up at my desk before having to work from home.and I could feel such a difference after sitting for several months, so when I saw this desk on Facebook, I was intrigued. Its well made and its easy to go from the standing to sitting position. Its too small for a monitor, but it is touted as a laptop desk, so if you need space for a monitor (or two) this is not serve your needs, but its perfect for the laptop/tablet user!
