I bought this as a gift for my teen daughter for Christmas. 1. Packaging - this box was heavy and it had a huge place ripped down the side of it that exposed the inside. When I got it open there was a wooden frame around the mirror with styrofoam top and bottom so it was secure. 2. The mirror itself is nice. The dimensions are large and can easily fit 2 people. There was a small crack at the top as you can see in the picture. Its inside the glass so the mirror is still smooth. Id return it if the hassle wasnt so great because of the size. As far as sturdy, its not something you could slam dance into without it falling over but on a wood or solid floor it should be just fine. If you have it on carpet, it can feel a little insteady if you move it but is heavy enough I think it would be fine but we have hers close to the wall to be sure. It did come with mounting hardware but Ill be honest its too heavy for me to want to hang.
Overall its a nice mirror and a great size if you like them big. Id given a 5 but for the crack.
