We were so happy to receive this mirror 3 days before the real delivery day but so sad when we opened the box and saw a broken mirror! Although the mirror is beautiful and seems very good quality you guys must try to get a better packaging for the mirror, cos I work in UPS and theres no time at all to handle the packages with much care cos theres so many boxes, many of them huge and heavy, the supervisors demand they work very fast, so, theres no time to take care and just drop everything to the ground or launch them from any height. The mirror needs more than foam board, maybe bubbles or something in order to protect much better the items. We really want this mirror but we dont know if we buy it again and will happen the same!
