We love this bed. Our kids feel so much joy having it.
We would have given it more starts but while assembling we were missing the horizontal hole bolts 1/4. We wrote the company to send these to us so we could finish assembling but never heard back. We ended up finding a few that we need to replace from another furniture item. Normally, we would have ran to Home Depot but our carpenter who assembled it didn t have time to drive out there.
Also, the slide is really steep. We can t seem to figure out how to make it come out more so it s not as straight down.
