Pillows come inside of the couch if you dont see them at first move the Velcro
I was really scared because I ordered then read the reviews and the reviews where aweful so I had the expectation something was going to be wrong
I got one big box and everything was neatly inside I got all my parts directions where clear had it set up in about 15 20 minutes with a toddler helping
The only dislike I have it was a little smaller then I anticipated and on one of the front corners was a small tear upon arrival but I figured since I cover it with a wrap anyways no big deal to complain over all really happy with my product thank you
