I brought this luggage set for my international trip after researching affordable sets and this particular maker came up in three different reviews.
I received it within five days of ordering. When I opened it, I was impressed by how lightweight it was and the seamless maneuverability. I knew I made a great purchase and couldn't wait to use it. It was even easy to change to TSA lock code.
Well I used the carry-on and medium luggages to travel to Jamaica. I was disappointed to see the dent in my suitcase after it had been handled by the airline. I purposely chose a hardshell set because I know airlines are not the gentlest when stowing luggage. However, I felt by getting this set I would avoid damage to my luggage. Especially after only one time of use.
When I received it upon my return there was a scratch. Again, I was disappointed by another damage to my suitcase. I have only had the set for two weeks and now I have to replace a piece.
I would have rated the set 5 stars but will give it 4 stars because of durability which in my opinion could've been better.
