UPDATE: Just want to add that the company re/shipped me the pieces needed to properly build this bed despite the defect and I am happy to say that it worked out in the end.
Who was the genius putting this full size bed frame together for the customer to assemble. If it was built correctly, it would have been easy to assemble, but I cant say that. Arrived late this evening ad now we cant put it together because the builder did not add the holes in the proper placement. We had it correctly the first time until we saw the holes wasnt placed correctly somewhere. Its backwards on the headboard and even if I drill to make a hole the rails wont fit to complete the assembly. Ugh So disappointing after all this work, daughter still cant sleep on a bed. Such a waste of time and money. Next time / local place and let delivery people assemble. Pissed and annoyed.
