My son and I put this together. The instructions were easy to follow and all the parts where there. The futon is heavy but easy to adjust from laying to sitting with two people. My two teenagers are enjoying it and it is very sturdy. Only fallback is that the ladder has to be climbed up and over the rails at the top. Not too bad if your sturdy on your feet.
