I ordered this and then had a replacement one shipped because the corner was damaged. I thought the process was pretty simple for requesting a new one, just have to send the first one back by a certain date. Its very easy to assemble, takes maybe 15 minutes. Its not as rustic as it appears but compared to other retailers this was decent for the price. The replacement one did have a black stain on one of the legs, but I think I can clean it or at best keep it out of sight. Have your vacuum ready / the styrofoam packaging is ridiculous.
