Very solid frame overall, I am about 240 lbs and have no issues with support. I am using a heavy hybrid coil mattress. I was able to carry the unassembled box up a flight of stairs by myself, and have it assembled in less than an hour. Highly recommended. Do not overtighten bolts. Use a bit of loctite or super glue on the bolt if you have issues with them loosening over time.
