3 hours for a wobbly frame, but spacious

Three hours to assemble. Granted I was by myself and limited upper body strength, this is fairly simple to construct. Now, with that said here’s the issues I ran into. After assembling the bed, exhausted and frustrated - the regular twin size mattress did not fit. Did I care? Not at that point. I just jammed it in. The ladder even though I tightened everything still loosens when the kids go up and down. And here’s the cherry on top. After the whole ordeal to construct the thing, the last screw can’t screw in because for whatever reason there is an excess amount of space left in the front guard rail and the bed post that won’t mesh close enough together for me to screw it in. It took forever to construct and I’m not going to take this thing apart only to reconstruct a new one to find out that the replacement is either just as bad or even worse. Oh and here’s a fun fact, as I lay below the loft bed as my 10-year old climbs into the top bunk hearing the bed wobble around above me; is this it? Is this how I die? Death by loft bed? The thing is wobbly and squeaks plenty. I assure you, my upper body strength may be lacking but I made sure every screw was tight and fit correctly. The pros, there is a lot of space underneath more space than I thought so temporarily I have a twinXL on a Zinus 14” Twin Frame. I’ll update this review after I address the issues I had above. The shipping was fast but let’s just say that box was no joke !!!! It said Team Lift, but as I am a single mom of two... lol I am my own team. This was considered my quarantine upper body workout.
