I love the look of the frame and the only reason Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the didnt come with the frame and I had to reach out to the seller after a few weeks of waiting to see if it would show up. Once they realized the werent sent, Shyan got them sent to me pronto and I had them within a week. Hopefully, the seller sees this and realizes they need better coordination between what must be separate warehouses that ship the two boxes containing parts of this storage bed frame so future buyers get everything without having to inquire.
PS: this is a constructive criticism to the manufacturer: could yall please make those screws and nuts a little bigger on the ? I had a heck of a time getting my fat fingers around the wheels to screw them in. Also, whats up with naming the identical drawer pieces O, P, and Q? Are you trying to confuse small/minded people? Other than that, great product!
