Although it took some time for me to assemble this by myself, the directions were clear and the process went smoothly. It is an attractive unit and allows for good sleep. There was an issue with the condition of the boxes (2 large and heavy), but the blame for that is most probably to do with the delivery service rather than the manufacturer. There was slight damage to the material on one of the but it was still functional. The customer service was good enough to make that right, so I applaud there level of concern for their products.
