Experience with seller was perfect! Chair arrived early by several days, and was in great condition. Put it together with help from my husband and son due to its weight. They got put it all together in about 15/20 minutes with no tools. Chair was for my 82 year old Mother and she loves it! So Far So Good! fingerscrossed
