I did not open the chairs for more than 30 days, because I was getting my carpets cleaned first. Therefore, I was not allowed to return them. Additionally, the manufacturer never bothered to respond to me. These chairs look OK, but the is not comfortable. VERY SCRATCHY! I wanted to exchange them for a solid color PVC, but because I was past the deadline no one would even respond to me. The sucks, so if youre going for comfort, these are. NOT AS DESCRIBED! This is very scratchy and it is listed as being soft. Its not. Buyer beware.
