UPDATE: assembly instructions are confusing. States KD Black Bolts are for WallSaver Recliners. Ours is not a WallSaver even though item description says it is. YOU MUST USE THE BLACK BOLTS TO SECURE THE BACK TO THE BASE. Use my pics for reference. They dont just screw in; you have to get properly aligned before attempting. Was tricky to hold back in place and try to align Black Bolts. Not returning!
The back comes off the frame when reclined. Today I fell out of the chair backwards when I leaned back and the right side came off. Wanted to like these chairs (I bought 2). They are big and comfy but pose a hard when reclined. Now to find out how to return them
