    Spinning lock piece on one chair has an arm broken off

    If seller wants to send me a new spinning lock piece (not sure how else to describe, the two-armed spinning thing that locks down the the seat to the base) then I can change my review to 5 stars. I'm not RMA'ing the entire stool.
