It came defective - one of the areas to screw in was completely messed up and no matter what we did it would not take a screw (see picture #1) it took me and my aunt (who are handy) 4 1/2 hours to assemble! Many items weren’t labeled and it wobbles- A LOT. I’m genuinely concerned for my safety tbh and I’m one person who only weighs 180lbs. This should be $100 less in price considering you HAVE to buy foam to cover the ladder (it’s literally unusable without it) and the stability issues. I’m also really concerned about durability because it doesn’t seem to be the best quality ever. The only positive is how much space it’s freed up in my studio apartment. I HIGHLY recommend going with another loft and reading the reviews on here thoroughly
