The frame and seat cushions are great. The wicker is beautiful and appears to be made well. The bottom cushions are firm and give a lot of comfortable support. However, the back cushions are terrible. The inserts are like those pitiful hospital pillows! I can feel the frame through the cushion and it makes the experience of trying to relax a little harder to do! Not sending back because weve put the set together and taking it apart would not be good. I figure we will eventually have to find something else to insert into the covers. Not sure why the back cushion was skimped on instead of making all points of contact equally comfortable. For what it costs, I shouldnt have to supplement pillows in order to make it comfortable.
