The chairs are great! Theyre comfortable and lightweight, super easy to move around. They come already assembled in a box as tall as a giant. My only issue is more with the sellers. One of the chairs came with a damaged bolt underneath the chair presumably used to hold the chair together. I emailed to notify them, received a quick response of how they couldve of assistance. I requested a replacement bolt, which I imagined what a simple solution. I didnt want to return the chairs, requested replacements, etc. I was told theyd reach out to the manufacturer. Months later and Im still waiting for a response and/or replacement bolt.
