Several bad reviews for this product. I chose to believe the good ones, and made the mistake of buying this awful couch. Its ridiculously small; looks like a childrens couch and its the most uncomfortable thing Ive ever sat on. I could never ask a guest to sleep on it; theyd be better off sleeping directly on the floor. Tried to open a ticket to initiate a return, and the company closed my ticket stating that the technical issue was resolved. Not sure what thats supposed to mean. I also tried calling, and just sat listening to elevator music for 5 minutes before I got a voicemail. I cant even get a hold of someone to speak with. Other reviews state theyre going to charge close to 500 in return shipping and restocking fees; which is a joke. Save your money. Get something else.
