So the chair came with one of the parts unraveled. Then as I was putting together two other parts did not match. Im annoyed because now I have to pack it up and send it back. I read other reviews and people liked the product. Its possible I received a bad product out of many. I just wanted to share my experience. And the instructions that comes with product is horrible. They were smart to also put QR code for the YouTube video which is good.
Update: I was able to put the product together. It was difficult but accomplished. They also sent a new part that was unraveling. I would recommend this item just have a man put it together or a strong woman
