I am a pretty handy person and there was one or two steps on the setup for this that had me contorting to get screws in the right places. Once I got set up or not bad theyve stood up to the winds a lot better than I thought they would we get upwards of fifty miles per hour where I live and I havent lost a chair yet. I do take the seat pads inside when the forecast is like that
