We had an issue with the seat part of one of the chairs we received. It was missing a hole where the screw needed to go in. We contacted the seller and at first they asked us to just drill a hole. That didnt work so we did get a replacement part. Unfortunately, with the replacement piece in place the screw that goes in the middle of the back of seat did not align right to be put in place. In addition, it left a gap between the seat and back of chair as you can see in the photos. For the amount you pay for, no one should have to settle for a seat with a gap and not screwed in as it should be. Just beware that it could happen to you too. Twice we ran into a problem with one of the two chairs in this set. It should never happen. Not for the amount you pay for.
Update: A third part of the same was sent to us, but still gadcsane issue and same result . Definitely not acceptable.
