It came as 7 pieces and was assembled after work one evening. The cushions seem relatively comfortable thus far (we will see after a year of wear and tear). The blue color I got was quite nice. My only gripes were (1) the corner piece did not have the recliner feature advertised and (2) the clips to keep the pieces together were not included. I emailed about those issues. They told me that the seller has changed and that they no longer have those parts. I asked them to have the seller then change the description. As of now, it still remains the same. did credit me a small refund which I used to buy the clips and it stays together nicely now.
