Relatively easy to assemble. As others have said, do NOT tighten the screws down until everything is basically assembled. The pieces have to adjust slightly. Just the right size for our patio area and Im spending a lot of time on the weekends hanging out on the sofa, reading a book and enjoying a glass of wine! Only thing is the fabric seems to stain fairly easily. But so far Ive been able to get the worst stains out.
