I would say the customer service was worth a 4 star, but the product, a 2 star. This is a nice looking set but was made for children or very small people. Also, a few of the screws did not line up when trying to put this item together. Just very cheaply made. I did however ask for a refund and was able to get my refund without difficulty and also was able to keep the product, due to the hassle it would have been for me to try and return it.
