My unit was missing the edge protectors advertised on the page. I normally wouldnt care about a side accessory like that but I have a 1yr old baby who walks everywhere now. When I msged about the issue, I was promptly replied to and they have the pieces being sent to me now. They seemed legitimately concerned about customer satisfaction. If theres still 5 stars when reading this after 10 business days, then I received the edge protectors. Otherwise I will be back to edit my review a little lol.
