Bought 2 for my boys. Not only do the screws fall out every other day from various places but also from the ladder. My sons have gotten hurt in their beds because this poor design. You cant even always see when the ladder screws are loose to know to tighten it, so coming down from the bed is like playing Russian roulette. The retainers holding the screws for the ladder are broken now because of the recurring loose screw issue, so the ladders are now literally only holding on by zip ties. Extremely pissed and disappointed. Complete waste of money.
