Took a couple of hours to assemble, but fairly easy to put together. We had a couple of issues with the wood pieces lining up correctly, but after some pushing and pulling, it all worked out. My 11 year old loves it other than the ladder,the bars hurt your feet, but I stole someone elses idea and cut up a pool noodle and it works great!
