Our old scratcher was worn out and ordered this because our biggest cat is almost three feet long and we needed a large scratcher. He loved it so much, he gave it a hug. All three cats love it. It was easy to put together. One thing though: When you pull out the top part of the from the bag, you have to unscrew the two pieces. At first I thought a part was missing until I realized they were screwed together. Its excellent quality and I highly recommend it.
