Overall I love the look of the chair. It is pretty comfortable as well. I am annoyed because one of the en pieces that is attached to the arm came missing a screw. So the en piece isnt very secure to the and wiggles around. Also, as others have mentioned some of the black pieces came scratched. If I could rate this chair 3.5 I would. I think missing screws is pretty inexcusable. But the faux leather is nice and I like the design so I rounded up.
