Loved the overall aesthetic of the chairs. The leather was a little more orange than I would have liked. The natural arms are true to color. However, the black is as bad as everyone has said. They came completely wrapped up and somehow still managed to be all scratched. The welding also looks very poor. I thought the chair was more comfortable than some reviewers said, but it is way too small. It would work on their own, but next to our couch, its barely half as tall as the couch arms. Pictures dont begin to show how small they actually are in comparison.
I ordered 2 of these chairs and only 1 was delivered. Since only 1 chair was missing, has made it very difficult to get a refund on the chair that wasnt delivered because the order says it was delivered. They first told me it was stolen, but that is impossible as I was required to give the delivery woman a numbered passcode for her to deliver the items. She had 2 boxes, however it wasnt until I opened both did I realize only 1 chair was delivered. The other box was from a different order. Now they cant seem to resolve the refund. What a headache. Will be returning both if I get the chance.
