Update: returns was very simple and promptly sent a replacement. The replacement had all the welds intact and the setup was very easy. It took about 10 minutes for two people to put it together. The sticky liner is doing a great job of holding our mattress, no moving around at all in this first week of having the frame. The frame also doesnt squeak or move around on carpet. I also have a headboard standing behind the top of the frame it still works perfectly and doesnt move or squeak. I have updated my stars to 4, taking off one because the first box had a damaged frame in it.
I was very excited to see this frame go on sale after reading a lot of positive reviews. Unfortunately when I got the box today, one of the frames was not welded properly and was broken on arrival. I will be returning the product for that reason. Very disappointed.
