Thankfully, helped us return another third party chair ordered here as we were taking a risk with the whole online furniture purchase as well, and I thought I would try one last time with this one directly from and we really love it! It is comfortable. The leathery fabric is really nice, feels very luxerious, and the cushion has some give so it is pleasant to sit in as an accent chair. We bought one of the slightly imperfect versions through offered substantially less and only noticed one uneven leg which was fixed easily with a little stick on chair leg felt pad.
It is a beautiful chair. The leather looks more polished rather than a plastic kind of shiny but it is not flat.. and it is white, not ivory, but looks a softer white than the stock photo shows. I like using a pillow with it but it can work without one bc the cushion has a bit of give but i would not say this is a soft chair to sink into, but a pleasant beautiful chair to enjoy. It reminds me of something for a nice cafe or coffee shop.
