Bed received in damaged condition. Someone in the factory / warehouse must have used those metal bands for a pallet of these beds. Because the box had three indentations on the side. The band cut into the front support post for the bed. The Allen wrench tool supplied stripped out after the left side of the bed was built. Boards will have cracks, our bed had 5 or 6 visible cracks.
I need to find the claims paper work so I can get a new board D I believe.
