I had to unscrew the cushion brackets and reverse them to make them fit to the base. It was bad experience but chair is good.

Do you guys understand the amount of time gets wasted because of faulty parts? My chair base and back seat cushion doesnt set together, which is the complain from people since last year. should ban sellers or products like this, it takes again same amount of time for to repack and send the returns.
