My husband finally put this together a couple of months after ordering. When he finished, he noticed a gigantic crack in the wood of one of the legs. It was past the return time frame so we attempted to use wood glue (as seen in first pic). We were too scared to sit in it for fear of it breaking again so we messaged the company and they promptly sent not one leg, but two! So grateful. They had a couple dings, but they look 100% better. Assembly was super easy and we personally think the firmness of the back is comfortable. Overall great experience with this company and the chair. I cant wait to rock my baby girl in it!
